Slattery is an award winning confectioners and chocolatiers situated in Whitefield, North Manchester. This family company has almost 200 years combined knowledge and expertise and create hand made chocolates and intricate wedding cakes.
Located in an imposing, 3 storey Victorian building which includes a wedding cake showroom, a shop filled with chocoholics dreams and gift sets for all. From the shop you can watch the chocolatiers and cake decorators at work, creating the latest bespoke creation.
Slattery was awarded 'Britains Best Celebration Cake Business 2014' at the National Bakery industry Awards.
Visitors can have Afternoon Tea and or try the infamous “Chocolate Challenge” in Masons Dining Room.
Slattery also houses a School of Excellence offering courses on everything from essential baking skills to spectacular chocolate centre pieces.
