Take a stroll or cycle down the Kirklees trail, a former railway line linking Greenmount with Bury Town centre. It is the main route through the Kirklees Valley Local Nature Reserve as well as a pleasant way to commute to or shop in Bury. It also forms part of the National cycle route 6 between Manchester and Preston. Spot the local sculpture characters at the southern end of the viaduct carrying the trail over the Kirklees Brook at Woolfold.
