Theatres
The Met theatre and arts venue is a centre of live music noted nationally for its specialist folk music programme incorporating two performance spaces, Automatic restaurant and Edwin Street Recording Studio. Offering a wide array of productions including comedy, music, theatre and live entertainment all combined with mouth watering food and drink at Automatic.
As an independent charity, The Met works to develop a growing audience to experience the arts and nurturing traditional talent to grow into national stars. The Met is the organiser and promoter of a number of events including the Home Grown Festival and annual Ramsbottom Festival.
For amateur dramatics visit the refurbished Theatre Royal Ramsbottom where a thriving local theatre group presents a varied programme.
